COVID-19 Updates

In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs.

Appointment Guidelines

If you are experiencing COVID-like symptoms, and your pet needs to be seen, please have another family member or friend bring the pet in for you. Our staff will require the owner to verify they can answer the COVID screening questions negatively, wear a mask, and use hand sanitizer when they come into the exam room.

Note, you must bring your own mask, we will not be able to provide one for you.

Appointment guidelines starting June 10th:
We are excited to announce that we will begin phasing in in-clinic appointments starting 6/10. This will begin with allowing in-clinic appointments on certain days of the week and expand from there. If there are in-clinic appointments available at your scheduled time slot, you will be alerted by staff when you arrive for your appointment. All other appointments will be curbside services with the exception of end-of-life services. Our lobby will remain closed until further notice.

In-clinic Appointment Guidelines:
  • Masks required
  • Only 1 person allowed in the building
  • Social distancing required
If you are unable to comply with these guidelines, your appointment will be curbside.
We are currently working on our full reopening plan and will update our website once that is in place. We look forward to seeing you all again.

Telemedicine & Chat

We are happy to announce our new PetPro Connect app, our telemedicine appointment partner. As always, please reach out if your pet needs to be seen. Based on your pet’s symptoms our staff will determine if telemedicine is a good fit. With this app you will be able to:

Request both in-person and video consultation appointments.
Securely access all your furry friend’s medical records.
Privately message/chat directly with our team through the app.
Request prescription refills.

This upgraded app will replace the existing Pet Page mobile app.
