In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs.
If you are experiencing COVID like symptoms, and your pet needs to be seen, please have another family member or friend bring the pet in for you. Our staff will require the owner to verify they can answer the COVID screening questions negatively, wear a mask, and use hand sanitizer when they come into the exam room. Note, you must bring your own mask, we will not be able to provide one for you.
Appointment Guidelines Starting Monday, June 1st:
A limited number of in-clinic exams will be available which will allow one owner and their pet to come into the building for the pet’s wellness or sick exam. Note, we are still offering and encourage curbside assistance appointments.
The lobby will remain closed to clients. When you arrive at your appointment, please remain in your car, and call us. We will then escort you and your pet directly into an exam room (if we cannot maintain social distancing in the exam room, we may elect to take your pet into our treatment area for the exam).
Our staff will require the owner to verify they can answer the COVID screening questions negatively, wear a mask, and use hand sanitizer when they come into the exam room and maintain a 6ft distance from staff members at all times.
All patients must be placed in a carrier or be on a leash. If we need to handle your carrier, we will use disinfectant on the handle before and afterward.
Once your appointment is complete, please remain in the examination room until our team retrieves payment and escorts you back out of the clinic.
The following services will continue to be curbside service ONLY:
